Listening to: Smoke on the Water - Deep Purple
Feels: Confused.

Had a gig last Friday (5/26), golf place near Ateneo. Jio wasn't able to come cause he had to baby sit. So we asked Anjo to session, pero di raw pwede. So we asked Cel (PSD) to help us out (Again, thanks thanks). We practiced uhh... 30-45 mins before the show started. Purple Braille played first (yay new friends), they were quite good, bago lang yata sila. Then... a college band played after (sorryyyy forgot the band name). Then N/A played (I first saw N/A sa ICA battle of the bands, and they were/are *really* good. Dun ko rin nagustuhan yun love song. And ang galing, kasi they were all moving.. they won 2nd place dun sa ICA). Then we played. We played Plush - Californication - Dizzy Boy (nagkamali ako. nakakainis) - Two Trick Pony (Ryan's friend sang with us) - Love Song. We were ok i guess. And... napansin ko na lumipad yun lock ng cymbal ko. So i had to stay behind and try to look for it... dilim. Then the drummer of N/A approached me and said "Uy pare, astig. Nice one ah." -- I was so happy/shocked (kasi nga magaling sya and college na) na i stood there for 5 seconds staring at him, then i shook his hand and explained to him na i got the love song idea from them (iba iba kasi version). so yey, new friend! Then after that I drank 3 cups of ice tea and 1 mango juice. Nagmukha akong adik kasi i was sitting on the ground with my arm shaking (i gave everything i had sa love song XD sorry B8 Sabian cymbals!) while sipping the straw. After that, a band... uh... played. Actually magaling sila o_o peroooo they were horny pedo's. Haha. Then after that, Phantom Bridge played. Ok rin sila. New friends rin! Then PSD played, as usual, good clean performance. Naawa lang ako kasi sumobra yata sa dami yun fans nila. Older boys. Haha. Again, thanks sa lahat! Thanks rin to Cel, Jessie, Ryan and friends, and Dobol X prod for helping us out.

The next day we practiced for another gig (5/27). Buti na lang acoustic. Khon lang ako. Pero yun masama is yun mga kanta nila, walang percs or drums. And kunti lang practice, so medyo sabog XD. So we went to My Bro's Mustache. We played first, Dust in the Wind, Californication, Elesi -- EVERYONE STOPPED, AND I WAS STILL PLAYING THE KHON. AND I WAS LIKE "OH??!!". SA SOBRANG TAHIMIK DINIG HANGANG LABAS YUN "OH??!!". I REMEMBER JACO ASKING ME 4-5 SECONDS BEFORE THEY STOPPED "titigil ba?", and i was like "HAH??". Looool. Pero ok naman XD. Then green house effect played. Then 6th avenue. Then we left. Thanks to anjo, rene, awin and friends for watching us.

Sunday, I watched X-men with fam. Then drank hot chocolate! wuhu. BAKIT WALA SI GAMBIT???

Then yesterday (5/29) I went to Mark's place then Awin with his dad and brother, fetched us. We went to Amoranto, to make things final. So yun, we went around the place. Then after planning, they dropped us of sa Roces, then kumain kami ni Mark. Bonding? XD.

Then kanina practice, Kaibigan and Love song.... aaaaand Smoke on the Water. Almost done na.

PLEASE WATCH SOS!! JUNE 3 NA! 13 HS BANDS WITH PAUL GALANG AND JOIN THE CLUB! WITH MAGIC 89.9! 150 per ticket! I only have 5 tickets left though. If you can find me outside the stadium on the night itself, il give you the 5 tickets XD Lol. Show starts at 7pm! We have food stalls and air con in there!
